Mountain State Information Systems, Inc. (MSIS), is a dynamic small business established in 1995 as a West Virginia Corporation. MSIS is currently headquartered in Telluride, Colorado, has offices in the Alan B. Mollohan Innovation Center in Fairmont, West Virginia, and works on-site at the NASA Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility in Fairmont, West Virginia; at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), in Dahlgren, Virginia; at NSWC in Crane, Indiana, and at other contractor sites in Rockville, MD and Tucson, AZ.

MSIS has been providing technical support services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (Dahlgren, VA) since 1995 and to NASA since 1997.
