MSIS provides strategic planning as part of the Mosaic Partners Network, a unique affiliation of experts from a variety of technical and strategic fields. Mosaic Partners Network is not a formal company, but rather a tight-knit network of proven and trusted experts. Many of our consultants have worked together for years, in different capacities and capabilities, with some holding top-level clearances. Subsets of the Mosaic Partners membership pursue project opportunities as a group, or members offer
their services to augment bids other organizations are pursuing.
